It's simple- Guarantee is repair/replacement of the faulty product but warranty only covers the repair and no replacement.

Under the clause Guarantee you can avail replacement of your damaged part if it cannot be repaired.

Under Warranty, You will get only the defected part repaired. There is no chance of replacement of the damaged product.

A guarantee is a promise or assurance of the seller that anything may happen to the product within its warranty period may be replaced or repaired. Guarantee and warranty may be interchangeably used. But to delimit their usage, warranty is a written guarantee.
