After a mobile is fully charged, if the person do not put 'off' the switch but only removes the wire from the mobile, will there be loss of electricity? That is will the electricity bill increase?

The power flow occurs and charging LED consume power.

Heating occurs which can reduce the life time of chargers.

If the charger has no LED so even if the switch is on but the wire is unplugged therefore there is no current in the circuit so electricity is being wasted.

I think there would be a very minute increase in the Electricity bill, but the charger would suffer a gradual damage.
