Cathode and Anode Electrodes, What are they?
It has been mentioned here that cathode and anode are electrodes. What is their difference? What is their seperate function as far as electronics is concerned?
The Cathode and Anodes are both Electrodes. The difference between the two of them is the following: the Anode is the Electrode where electricity flows into, it is viewed as positive in an electrolytic cell, and the Cathode is the Electrode where electricity flows out of, and is viewed as negative.
